Policies

Refund for fashion pieces:

  • Any fashion pieces that have been brought from styvish are refundable.
  • You will have 17 days to return your products from the day you receive them.
  • If there is any marks on the garments, please be aware this will result in the garment automatically being non refundable. Please make sure there is no makeup, deodorant or food marks on any garments. All products will be reviewed separately. 
  • If you would like to return any garments this would be paid by the customer.

    Payment policy:

    • Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. You will have to order from our website. No orders will be accepted through social media.
    • Any delayed payments will result in the product NOT being made until full payment has been received promptly.

    Shipping policy :

    • Once your order has been sent out, we can track your order depending on the delivery option you have chosen.
    • If there is a delay due to the delivering company not being able to ship out the parcels on time we are unable to assist further. This will be in the hands of the courier as they are delivering the parcel.
    • If there is a delay on behalf of styvish, customer service will email you to give you an update. 

    Damaged policy:

    • If any items you receive have been damaged during the shipping process we will assist further once you have emailed our customer service team.
    • Each individual item will be reviewed separately. We also cannot guarantee a full refund for the damaged items. 

     

    Personalised items are all non refundable. Please make sure you have provided the correct spelling and information before paying for  personalised products.
